Initial CPAP start up appointment + 2 follow-up check-ins
Learn how to navigate the clinician menu, adjust pressure and comfort settings and feel confident using your device.
We'll work with you during the first couple of weeks to make personalised tweaks because we know that it's rarely perfect from the first night.

Dream Sleep 365

No matter where you are on your CPAP journey, Dream Sleep 365 gives you a full year of expert, personalised support.

We start with a detailed questionnaire to understand your sleep history, lifestyle, and specific needs - so we can tailor your plan from day one.

Whether you’re new to treatment, running into challenges, or simply want ongoing support, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Your plan includes a Dream Start appointment, regular check-ins, and ongoing guidance to keep your therapy on track and your sleep improving.

As a member, you’ll also get exclusive access to the Sleep 365 Portal, packed with tools and resources to support your sleep health throughout the year.

We know everyone’s CPAP journey is unique. If you’re just starting out or struggling to get your setup right, a Dream Start appointment is for you.

If you’re new and want support through your first year to get comfortable, stay on track, and have the best possible start, Dream Sleep 365 offers a full year of personalised guidance.

For those already comfortable with treatment but wanting to fine-tune therapy - or if you face a specific issue - a Dream Check-Up is the perfect one-off review.

If you’re not a current patient, we recommend two Dream Check-Ups initially, so we can complete your initial consultation and wellness review before moving forward, although it is not necessary.
