What is the Sleep Optimisation Program?
The Sleep Optimisation Program is a structured support program designed to help you understand and improve the factors impacting your sleep, energy and recovery.
We look beyond sleep hygiene and consider the Physical, Environment, Lifestyle and Mental Load factors that influence how well you sleep and how you feel during the day.
Is this program for people with sleep apnea?
This program is designed for people who want to improve their sleep and overall wellbeing, regardless of whether they have sleep apnea.
If you have sleep apnea and use CPAP therapy, we recommend one of our CPAP Support plans or the Dream Sleep Optimisation Program instead.
How is this different from sleep hygiene advice?
Sleep hygiene focuses on general sleep habits and behaviours. While these can be important, they are only one piece of the puzzle.
Our program takes a broader approach, looking at your health, environment, daily routines, stress levels and recovery patterns to identify what is actually impacting your sleep.
How long does the program take?
The Sleep Optimisation Program is designed to be completed over 12 months and is delivered in phases. This allows time to understand your sleep patterns, make targeted improvements and build sustainable changes that last beyond the program.
Do I need to have a sleep disorder to join?
No. In fact, this program is specifically for people without a sleep disorder. We do not treat any disorders in this program.
People who join the program are simply tired of feeling tired. They experience poor sleep quality, low energy, inconsistent recovery or difficulty switching off at night, OR all of the above.
Is this a quick-fix program?
No. Sleep is influenced by many different factors, and meaningful change takes time.
This program is designed for people who are willing to stay engaged in the process, build awareness around their sleep and make sustainable changes over time.
What if I'm not sure whether I need Sleep Support or CPAP Support?
