Doctor Consulting Patient

We have heard it all before. From people like you.

GPs and other Doctors often focus on just the numbers. If your AHI looks good, they assume everything is fine.

But what about the discomfort, the stress, and the nights spent struggling with your mask? Being told to “just stick with it” for another six months doesn’t help when you’re not actually sleeping.

At Sleepin’ the Dream, we see what they don’t. We look beyond the data to understand what’s really going on and help you get the comfort, support and real rest you need.

Let’s get you sleeping - not just surviving.

I'm new to CPAP and I have no idea!

It can be so confusing when you are diagnosed with OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) and told you need to start CPAP treatment. So, you get the equipment - now what?

It’s not just about plugging in your machine, putting your mask on and hitting the button.

This rarely works for anyone.

CPAP success is about more than just the machine. It’s about understanding the process, getting the right settings for you and making it part of your routine. Everyone sleeps and breathes differently, so your therapy needs to be tailored to fit.

That’s where a Dream Start appointment comes in. We guide you through the setup, fine-tune your settings and help you adjust so you can be prepared for what's ahead.

Let’s make CPAP work for you.

To This...

✔️ Sleeping soundly through the night without interruptions

✔️ Waking up refreshed and energized for the day ahead

✔️ Breathing comfortably and naturally while you sleep

✔️ Feeling confident and in control of your CPAP therapy

✔️ Experiencing deeper, more restorative rest

✔️ Enjoying better health, mood, and overall well-being

Are you Annoyed? Frustrated?
Been using CPAP for years but now it's just not working well anymore?

Is this you?

Have you been using CPAP for a while - maybe even years - and everything was going well?

But now…

You’re finding it harder to get through the day again.

You can’t focus in meetings, the drive home feels heavier, and coffee has become non-negotiable.

Remember this: CPAP therapy isn’t set-and-forget.

Your AHI might be low, your mask seal looks fine, and on paper everything appears “normal” - so why don’t you feel as good as you once did?

Because treatment needs ongoing attention.

Think of it like your car. Even when it’s running well, regular servicing keeps it performing properly. Small adjustments, checks and fine-tuning make a big difference over time.

Your CPAP journey is no different.

That’s why we offer our support programs, designed to review, adjust and support your therapy over time - not just at one point, but as your needs change.

It’s about staying ahead of fatigue, not waiting until you’re exhausted again.

And making sure your sleep continues to support how you want to feel every day.

Thank you for your support and guidance. I'm just so pleased I did this. I'm feeling the results already, it's just amazing!

Thanks for your ongoing support and encouragement, my sleep quality is so much better. You have made this so much easier for me and well worth it with the whole year plan.

Do any of these resonate with you?

  • I am on CPAP and doing well, but I really want to keep tabs and ensure that adjustments are made when necessary.

  • I'm fit and focus on my physical health daily.

  • I am on CPAP and just constantly struggle. I feel like whatever I do just doesn't work.

  • I'm going through menopause and really need help because I can't wear this mask when having hot flushes!!

  • I'm a data detail person and want to understand everything that is going on....

All of these statements are about people who want to manage their sleep health for various reasons.

Fact: Sleep Apnea can affect anyone. Any age, any height, any weight, any gender, regardless of how fit and healthy you are (or are not).

We are all different and the structure of our airways are different. A person with sleep apnea does not get enough airflow while breathing during sleep. The airways collapse and they stop breathing many times each night. This alone is pretty scary but on top of that, oxygen saturation levels start to drop as well.

What does this mean?

➡️ It means your muscles, organs and cells of your body do not get enough oxygen whilst you sleep.

➡️ It means your heart and brain need to work overtime to help you stay alive during the night.

➡️ It means you are not getting enough oxygen to your brain which is why some people wake with headaches in the mornings.

For the average person this will affect energy levels, concentration, ability to work and the list goes on. If you are using CPAP to manage your sleep apnea, it's critical to get it right. One appointment at the start is not likely to be enough for most people.

If you want support for your first year of treatment, or feel as though you could do with some guidance, motivation and accountability for a year, you can book in for the Dream Sleep 365 full year plan.
