Successful CPAP Therapy starts here.

CPAP therapy can be frustrating. If you're struggling with mask leaks, discomfort, or just can't get a good night's sleep, you're not alone.

But quitting isn't the answer - getting the right support is.

How We Help

✅ One-on-one CPAP therapy support
✅ Help with mask fitting & adjustments
✅ Troubleshooting leaks, pressure settings & discomfort
✅ SleepHQ platform guidance for tracking your progress
✅ Ongoing coaching to make therapy work for you

Doctor Consulting Patient

We have heard it all before. From people like you.

GPs and other Doctors often focus on just the numbers. If your AHI looks good, they assume everything is fine.

But what about the discomfort, the stress, and the nights spent struggling with your mask? Being told to “just stick with it” for another six months doesn’t help when you’re not actually sleeping.

At Sleepin’ the Dream, we see what they don’t. We look beyond the data to understand what’s really going on and help you get the comfort, support and real rest you need.

Let’s get you sleeping - not just surviving.

All of these statements are about people who want to manage their sleep health for various reasons.

Fact: Sleep Apnea can affect anyone. Any age, any height, any weight, any gender, regardless of how fit and healthy you are (or are not).

We are all different and the structure of our airways are different. A person with sleep apnea does not get enough airflow while breathing during sleep. The airways collapse and they stop breathing many times each night. This alone is pretty scary but on top of that, oxygen saturation levels start to drop as well.

What does this mean?

➡️ It means your muscles, organs and cells of your body do not get enough oxygen whilst you sleep.

➡️ It means your heart and brain need to work overtime to help you stay alive during the night.

➡️ It means you are not getting enough oxygen to your brain which is why some people wake with headaches in the mornings.

For the average person this will affect energy levels, concentration, ability to work and the list goes on. If you are using CPAP to manage your sleep apnea, it's critical to get it right. One appointment at the start is not likely to be enough for most people.

If you want support for your first year of treatment, or feel as though you could do with some guidance, motivation and accountability for a year, you can book in for the Dream Sleep 365 full year plan.
